9.16.08: residing on 3700 block of Dupont Ave. North
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool are adult females. In three previous cases, he has lured his victims to his apartment by several means including his offering drugs,or other favors. Once inside he gained compliance from his victims through physical force, then attacked them. Mr. Green was acquainted with two of his victim’s, but NOT the third.
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: SUPERVISION
No direct/indirect contact with the previous victim’s.
No direct/indirect contact with minors ,or vulnerable persons without approval. Must comply with drug/alcohol treatment programming. Continue to successfully complete sex offender programming. May not purchase,or possess sexually explicit materials, or enter establishments that provide sexually oriented entertainment. May not own ,or operate a motor vehicle without prior agent approval. Must comply with all agent directives.
