Barber was arrested at Lowry and Fremont Avenues North for Attempted Prostitution when he solicited sex from an undercover Police officer at Lowry and Knox. Barber lives on the 3200 block of Grimes Avenue N in Robbinsdale, MN. He is unemployed. During the arrest officers found a glass crack pipe in the his pants pocket.
