This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 3300 Block Of Logan Avenue North, The Folwell Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool are adult females he is not acquainted with. On two occasions Mr. Kambon burglarized the homes of the two females, then used either a knife ,or physical force to gain compliance prior to sexually assaulting them. Following the attacks, Mr. Kambon took the victim’s cash, credit cards, checks, and vehicles.
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE:
INTENSE SUPERVISION PHASE 3
Must successfully complete sex offender and substance abuse programming. Must comply with anger management/domestic assault programming. May not possess sexually explicit materials in any form or venue, or patronize businesses where sexual entertainment is available. May not own/operate a computer w/internet access or patronize “900” sex lines.
May not enter businesses that sell alcoholic beverage as a primary business. Must spend 40 hours per week performing work, in treatment, or education. May not own, or operate a motor vehicle without prior agent approval. Must submit to polygraphs and GPS tracking if so directed by his agent.
