3100 block of Washburn Avenue North.Anderson was unknown to either of his victims, age 60 and 21. He used assaultive force to gain compliance. Both victims experiences penetration offenses. One was pulled from her bike near a trail, the other was overcome by force after answereing her front door during the evening. |
