This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 2500 Block Of Golden Valley Road, The Willard-Hay Neighborhood. In victimizing the adult female, this offender burglarized her home and then used physical force to subdue her prior to the sexual contact. The offender was not known to this victim. In a 2nd case, this offender made sexual contact with a 12 year old female he was acquainted with through mutual friends. CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: SUPERVISION No direct/indirect contact with minors. Definition: May not initiate contact. May not enter establishments that sell alcoholic beverages as a primary business Successfully complete sex offender and chemical dependency programming. Comply with anger management/domestic assault programming. May not own/operate a device with internet capabilities or utilize sex/chat/dating ,or social inter-action communications. May not possess/create modification of images whether paper/video/or digital. Maintain full time work/education/treatment in combination.
