The offender forced sexual contact by using a weapon to gain compliance. Neither victim, or offender were acquainted. This offender has prior convictions for forgery, burglary and robbery. Supervision will continue until 01/29/2015. Mr. Leake must register until 03/28/2020. CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: INTENSE SUPERVISION Successfully complete sex offender programming. Comply with anger management/domestic assault programming. May not possess/view sexually explicit materials in any venue ,or establishment. May not own/operate a vehicle without agent approval. May not own/operate a computer with internet capability, or call sex/chat/dating ,or social lines. May not possess/create modification of images by paper/digital. May not use any media for purposes of soliciting personal contact. Maintain full-time work//education/treatment for a 40 hour week combined.
