This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 3400 Block Of Logan Avenue North, The Folwell Neighborhood. Mr. Randle meets them in public places and introduces them to alcohol and narcotics. His sexual offenses include sexual fondling and exposing himself to victims. These behaviors take place after he has invited them to his home. Mr. Randle became a level 3 offender as a result of numerous supervision failures that occurred in 2006 and 2007. He will be under supervision until 02/22/2011. CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: INTENSE SUPERVISED RELEASE No direct or indirect contact with minors. Successfully complete sex offender/ anger management Domestic programming. May not possess/create modified images on paper/video/digital.
