This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 3600 Block Of Fremont Avenue North, The Folwell Neighborhood. THIS OFFENDER IS NOT WANTED BY THE POLICE AT THIS TIME. Level 3 Offenders Are Those Most Likely Of All Risk Groups To Re-offend.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offenders victim pool are adult females. Case # 1. Suspect used force to kidnap, rob, and then sexually assault a female jogger who was a stranger to him. Case # 2. Offender and an accomplice kidnapped a victim and took her to Wisconsin to coerce her into prostitution. She resisted, and was sexually assaulted. It is unknown whether they were acquainted. He also has a 2003 conviction for 2nd degree assault.
