This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 4300 Block Of Girard Avenue North, Weber-Camden Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool has been adult
female prostitutes. Prior convictions were for sexual assault while using a weapon. The three (3) prior cases are from 1994 and 1995. Has a prior conviction for Making Obscene Telephone Calls from 1986. Has a prior revocation
on 12/05 for use of intoxicants and possession of sexually explicit material.
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: PROBATION STATUS
No direct/indirect contact with minors.
May not enter liquor establishments if they are primary source of business.
May not operate/possess a computer with internet ,or “900” phone access.
Complete Alpha outpatient sex offender program and AOD aftercare. May not possess sexually explicit materials or enter business’s that provide
