This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 2900 Block Of Penn Avenue North, The Jordan Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE:
This offender’s victim pool has been males and females aged 13 to 17. In one instance, this offender sexually assaulted a 13
year old male while in a treatment program. Both were acquainted. In the 2nd case, the offender threatened a 17 year old female with a brick in order to gain compliance. Neither victim, or suspect were acquainted. These crimes occurred in 1990 and 1991. Since then, Coleman has been charged by Minneapolis Police twice with registration violations, one of the sentences he served out prior to this latest release. Mr. Coleman’s supervision expires on 08/29/07. He has announced another move date by that date. He is required by law to continue registering until 4/01/2027.
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: SUPERVISION
Must remain law abiding. Comply with all agent directives. No contact with minors either direct,or indirect. May not consume alcoholic beverages,or enter establishments that provide it. Must continue treatment at Alpha House as directed at this time. Must continue to seek full time employment.
