This offender has advised the MPD that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 2600 Block Of Oliver Avenue North, The Jordan Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool are females aged 15 to adult. He was acquainted with both victims. The offender engaged in a dating relationship with the minor female and used force with the adult victim (former girlfriend)in order to gain compliance. In each case the sexual contact resulted in sexual penetration. This offender reached level 3 status by violating Conditional Release and failing to follow his agents directives. He served an additional year in 2006 for these reasons.
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE:
INTENSE SUPERVISION PHASE 1
No contact with previous victims or minors.
May not possess, or view explicit material or entertainment in any venue.
Must successfully complete sex offender programming and AOD programs.
May not own/operate a computer with internet access, or dial up “900” numbers. May not own ,or operate a motor vehicle without prior agent approval.
Must comply with GPS and polygraphs as directed by his agent. Must commit to a 40 hour work week , seeking employment, education/treatment.
