This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 900 Block of 41st Avenue North, The Webber-Camden Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE:This offender’s victim pool are females aged
13 to adult. This offender was known to his victims as a pimp and engaged in sexual contact with them on numerous occasions. In order to gain compliance, he commonly used threats and physical force. The victims were also forced to prostitute themselves with other males while he collected the profits. The offender also self-admitted to numerous sexual encounters with other juvenile females for which he was never charged. He has a history of violent behavior.
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: INTENSE SUPERVISED RELEASE
May not have direct/indirect contact with minors.
Must spend 40 hours per week seeking employment, performing approved work,
attending treatment, or some form of educational programming.
Must comply with polygraphs, or GPS monitoring as directed.
Must not acquire or possess explicit images ,or be present in an establishment that provides sexual entertainment in any venue.
Must successfully complete sex offender and domestic assault programming.
May not operate a motor vehicle or possess a cellular phone/pager without prior
agent approval.
