7/15/08: Is in West Saint Paul.
This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the are of the 800 Block of 30th Avenue North, the Hawthorne Neighborhood.
This offender has two prior convictions for Criminal Sexual conduct. Offender engaged in sexual penetration with a 15 yr. old female through the use of force. Both were acquainted. In 1995 offender engaged in sexual contact with a 5 yr old female and also fondled her. The offender and victim were known to each other.
Conditions of release: INTENSE SUPERVISED RELEASE
No direct/indirect contact with minors. Must follow mental health guidelines. Must spend 40 hours weekly performing work, or attending treatment programs. May not purchase, view, or possess sexually explicit materials in any venue. May not own or operate a computer with internet capability or call 900 numbers. Must comply with GPS monitoring and submit to polygraphs as directed. May not live in a building where children are present. Must successfully complete sex offender and chemical dependency programs. May not own or operate a motor vehicle without prior approval.
