This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 2100 Block of Fremont Avenue North, The Jordan Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: In 1990, this offender and 2 other accomplices kidnapped a juvenile male and female. Victim’s were robbed, beaten and the female sexually assaulted by 2 of the 3 suspects. None of the suspects were acquainted with the victims. Mr. Makavelli played an active role in these crimes. Mr. Makavelli is currently attending a Trade School to learn a construction trade.

CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: INTENSE SUPERVISED RELEASE
May not have direct/indirect contact with minors.
May not live in a residence where children live.
May not belong to clubs, groups, or organizations without prior agent approval.
May not operate a computer with internet, or call “900” numbers ,or sex lines.
Must comply with polygraphs and GPS monitoring . Currently 30 days GPS.
Must not acquire or possess explicit images ,or be present in an establishment that provides sexual entertainment in any venue.
May not own/operate a vehicle without prior agent approval.
Must comply with all alcohol, sex offender, and anger management programming.
