In 1992 Mr. Lehn and an accomplice forced a 17 yr.old female at gunpoint to accompany them to a motel. Neither suspects or victim were acquainted. Mr. Lehn has a long history of supervision failures and revocations, several associated w/substance abuse, failing residential treatment programs, and failing to register his movements as required by law.
Conditions of release: musts successfully complete sex offender treatment programming, substance abuse programming, and anger management/domestic programs. Must not enter establishments that sell alcohol as it’s primary business. Comply with Electronic Monitoring (GPE) per his agents discretion and may not own/operate a motor vehicle without prior agent approval. Must employ constructive efforts designed to acquire employment. |
