DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE:
In 1998 this offender approached an adult
female stranger and asked for a ride. He then displayed a weapon and directed her to an isolated location where he sexually assaulted her. This offender then
stole cash and contents from her purse, and left with the victim’s car.
Prior Revocation: In 2004 Davis was revoked for a Conditional Release Violation.
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: INTENSE SUPERVISED RELEASE
Must successfully complete sex offender treatment programming, and substance abuse programming. May not call “ 900” numbers or “sex” hot lines.
May not enter establishments that sell alcohol as it’s primary business.
Comply with Electronic Monitoring (GPS) . Is currently GPS monitored.
May not own/operate a motor vehicle without prior agent approval.
Must devote 40 hours a week obtaining/maintaining employment .
May not possess sexually explicit material or enter establishments that provide this form of entertainment. No internet access is allowed.
