This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community in the area of the 2100 Block of Aldrich Avenue North, the Hawthorne Neighborhood.
This offender has a self admitted history of inappropriate sexual contact with minors. One of his previous victim was an acquaintance. Subject has used coercion and threats to gain compliance. He also has a history both in and outside of institutional custody of assaultive behaviors.
Subject Is Not under supervision at this time as that expired on 01/22/05. Subject is required to register with the City and State until 2020.
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: REGISTRATION ONLY:Must register until 2020. Must report every 6 months for interview and current photographs. Must interview in person in his birth month and verify every 6 months with the Minnesota BCA. Is subject to all registration requirements.
