11/16/2006 Reentry to the community: This offender and an accomplice engaged in forced sexual contact with an adult female. A weapon was used to gain compliance. Neither victim or suspects were acquainted. The victim suffered multiple injuries in this attack. This conviction occurred in 1995. In 2004, this same offender engaged in sexual contact a 13 year old female unknown to him. He was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct 4th degree in that case.
Mr. Days supervision doesnt expire until 05/20/16.
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: INTENSE SUPERVISED RELEASE
No direct or indirect contact with minors.
May not purchase, possess, or view sexually explicit materials, or patronize establishments that provide sexual entertainment in any venue.
Must spend 40 hours per week working in an approved job or aggressively attempting to secure that same work. May not access 900 phone lines or operate a computer with that capacity. Must submit to polygraphs and comply with Electronic Monitoring. Must obtain prior approval to own or operate a motor vehicle. SUPERVISION:ISR,PHASE 1
