on 12/05 for use of intoxicants and possession of sexually explicit material.

This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 900 Block of 41st Avenue North, The Webber-Camden Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE:This offender’s victim pool are females aged
13 to adult. This offender was known to his victims as a pimp and engaged in sexual contact with them on numerous occasions. In order to gain compliance, he commonly used threats and physical force. The victims were also forced to prostitute themselves with other males while he collected the profits. The offender also self-admitted to numerous sexual encounters with other juvenile females for which he was never charged. He has a history of violent behavior.

Breeding’s victim pool consists of females ranging in age from 4 years old to adult. The offender engaged the 4 year old in fondling activity while the adult female was compelled to engage in sexual activity when he used a knife to threaten her. Other priors include his making obscene phone calls and exposing himself to others.

This offender has a prior history of engaging in consensual sexual relationships with teenaged females aged 14 to 15 years of age. ** The age of consent in Minnesota is 16. The Offender was acquainted with his victim’s and typically “Groomed Them” in order to gain compliance. Mr. Carlson has a history of supervision failures starting in 2000 and continuing to 2003, and two more in 2006. He has served his sentences to term.

Offender and an accomplice kidnapped a victim and took her to Wisconsin to coerce her into prostitution. She resisted, and was sexually assaulted. It is unknown whether they were acquainted. He also has a 2003 conviction for 2nd degree assault.

11/16/2006 Reentry to the community: This offender and an accomplice engaged in forced sexual contact with an adult female. A weapon was used to gain compliance. Neither victim or suspects were acquainted. The victim suffered multiple injuries in this attack. This conviction occurred in 1995. In 2004, this same offender engaged in sexual contact a 13 year old female unknown to him. He was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct 4th degree in that case.
Mr. Days supervision doesnt expire until 05/20/16.

This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 3900 Block of Girard Avenue North, Weber-Camden Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool are juvenile females aged 13 to 16. The offender plied his victims with alcohol and tobacco as a means to gain their compliance. The sexual contact included attempted fondling and attempted penetration offenses. He was acquainted with his victims as they happened to be acquaintances of his roommate’s children. Mr. Fisher has a prior conviction for 2nd Degree Assault (1990) for stabbing an adult male he had just met. Further, he had 5 previous revocations for a variety of
supervision failures.

DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool are females aged 15 to adult. He was acquainted with both victims. The offender engaged in a dating relationship with the minor female and used force with the adult victim (former girlfriend)in order to gain compliance. In each case the sexual contact resulted in sexual penetration. This offender reached level 3 status by violating Conditional Release and failing to follow his agents directives. He served an additional year in 2006 for these reasons.

DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool are adult females. In three previous cases, he has lured his victims to his apartment by several means including his offering drugs,or other favors. Once inside he gained compliance from his victims through physical force, then attacked them. Mr. Green was acquainted with two of his victim’s, but NOT the third.

This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 3300 Block Of Logan Avenue North, The Folwell Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool are adult females he is not acquainted with. On two occasions Mr. Kambon burglarized the homes of the two females, then used either a knife ,or physical force to gain compliance prior to sexually assaulting them. Following the attacks, Mr. Kambon took the victim’s cash, credit cards, checks, and vehicles.

Krein has moved to the 2500 Block of 15th Avenue South, from the 1400 Block of 43rd Avenue North. This offender’s victim pool are males aged 10 to 12. The sexual contact includes acts of fondling and penetration. Compliance was gained by bribing the victums with cigarettes and by the offender utilizing his adult status and authority. The offender was known by both victims.
Conditions of Release: No direct or indirect contact with previous victims or minors, may not purchase or possess sexually explict materials. Acquire full time employment. May not own or operate a motor vehicle without agent approval, may not live in a building where children or minors live. May not operate or own a computer with internet access. Complete sex offender programming and has 10:30 p.m. curfew, with UA testing.
Krein has to register until 12/17/2012. He is not currently supervised.

This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 2100 Block of Fremont Avenue North, The Jordan Neighborhood.
DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: In 1990, this offender and 2 other accomplices kidnapped a juvenile male and female. Victim’s were robbed, beaten and the female sexually assaulted by 2 of the 3 suspects. None of the suspects were acquainted with the victims. Mr. Makavelli played an active role in these crimes. Mr. Makavelli is currently attending a Trade School to learn a construction trade.
