White pick up driven by AAM started dumping tv frames, micro wave, etc in drive way of vacant house. Had been used for illegal storage prior of hazardous stuff and same type of junk. Neighbor confronted and he took off. 911 called & MPD there quickly but man gone, dropping off tvs at end of alley on way out. Neighbor said he had a yellow paper in window, like purchase sticker-no plates. Vehicle older chev truck, squarish looking front. Looked like smallish dent on drivers side - door area. | |
