Property owner upset over $75.00 charge to remove debris/household items set out by garbage carts. Had no notice he only had 24 hours to clean up. Felt that items by the carts awaiting garbage day pick up. Tenants won't let him know if carts tagged. Feels unfair that this area being given only 1 day when other parts of city have 1 week. Referred him to Solid Waste. | |
