Residents very loud, inconsiderate of neighbors when coming in late night or early am hours...very loud, noisy...at 2:30am 911 called because of loud and raucus talking and setting off their car alarm. Whole world woken up-car alarm went off for 5 minutes plus. Folks went inside when MPD there. 311 called on vehicle parked 'under' stop sign at corner...should park a certain number of feet from intersection. | |
