Checked with the City utility billing department and water and solid waste both off. House foreclosed and in bank name. Property has no utilities and no rental license. No one should be in there without water-solid waste if buying or rental license if renting. Emailed to housing inspections, solid waste, 4th Precinct to check on squatter status. |
