Potentially dangerous dog tied to pole (clothes ??) in back yard. (looks like pit/boxer-mixed) Caller indicated a child riding trike on sidewalk was frightened by dog's aggressive barking and straining of tether. Said the situation is an accident waiting to happen. Dog does this every time someone goes past property. Dog may break whatever is holding it to the pole and go after anyone walking on the sidewalk. Recap ordered, emails to Animal C/C, Inspect., Insp.
