Property vacated by renters that moved to house north of this one recently purchased by Allan Butler. 3631 is a TJ Waconia investment and has been sitting vacant some time now due to no rental licensing, but is not showing on the Sheriff's Sale of foreclosed properties. "adoptee" from neighborhood noticed the 2 story garage open to trespass, that the electricity is still on and back gate unsecured. (Do not know if gate is one on driveway to 'back' or a gate off the alley if there is one.) Prior renters had pit bulls and dog food was visible through a window. Again, not clear if it was a window on the house or the garage. The concern is that people are getting into and using the house/property. | |
