| Address | 4355 QUEEN AVE N | ASSAULT 4355 QUEEN TUESDAY 0425 HOURS 07-395929 Officers arrive observe a male leaving area on foot and after stopping him he’s positively ID’d by victim who burglarized his home. Suspect walked through an open rear door and once inside began rummaging. The homeowner woke up, confronted him and they got into a physical fight during which the suspect bit off the homeowner’s fingertip. Arrested was Willie Patterson a 26 year old black male w/84 CAPRS – charged two counts of Burglary in the 1st Degree and one count of Assault in the 3rd Degree. | |
