Resident into office on welfare of children that visit. Sandwiches given to children who seem to scarf down. One child has constant green mucus coming out of nose. Stated this is serious condition for child. Also another child seemed to have bloated stomach..resident thought perhaps child has a cyst. Said about 4-5 children & pushing one in stroller. sees out all the time and very concerned about their welfare. | |
