New neighbors at 3710 Morgan are creating quite the stir on the block. 4 different residents are concerned with their behavior. Loud music coming from the house at all times of the day, but also cars parked out front tailgating as though they are at the Twins game. And of course the next day needing to pick up the trash in the street left from the night before. Reports yelling and vulgar language goes on until late into the night. Concern @ being Section 8 lease, but there's at least 2 guys living there along with 2 women and at least 3 small kids. | |
