Property owned by Richard A. Kaplan of 904 Lincoln Ave. (Mpls, MN. 55403) though doing searches turned up Mr. Kaplan of 904 Lincoln Ave, St. Paul and bus. address of 310 Groveland, Mpls.55403--900 Lincoln Ave., Mpls. comes up w/lots of units and condo #'s none referencing 904 that I could find therefore, reason to believe this address is a rental w/out a license. Upon calling back to 311, spoke w/Brenda who said Ref. 75202 for this address, which I thought dealt w/the trailer behind the garage, indicted licensing & required vacating July 1st., 2007. At this point do not know if place vacant, occupied w/o license or what is happening. Will contact Vu for specifics if at all possible. | |
