Mike, I had messages from two residents in the 3200 block of Girard regarding the incidents from last night. Brenda Dolly said 3215 Girard N was at it again…it is a nuisance rental and she said police out twice last night. She had no idea who called in the first time and did not give me a time. She called the second time @ 2:30 am because of a white girl and two guys fighting from that property. One of guys heard asking why’ you cut me? She said they had gone north up the street yelling and fighting. (seemed to think man cut on hand and cheek). Squad response was very quick - officer told woman to go home before she was hauled in and/or her kids taken to St. Joes’. (2nd time woman was told that- told same thing when 1st squad out). Brenda said the two guys kept walking & police went way of woman. Brenda also said woman accused police of disrespecting her! !!! somewhere in our conversation I thought she said woman and cut male both went back into 3215, where woman is staying. She is fed up with the constant fighting – partying – broken glass & garbage from this place in particular and the other houses that they associate with. Folks from 3215 involved with parties at 3247 before they were broke up. Brenda lives at 3222 Girard N. Both residences have been “raided” with in the last month or so. 3247 the most recent I think, and Brenda said 3215 either the week end before or right around the same time.
