At 4am Sunday, 4.22.07, I woke to noise on the corner of 37th & Emerson. At 3658 Emerson, there were about six or seven cars that stopped for just a moment and then took off again – sort of looked like a parade-lining up – or stopping or getting something and then leaving…People were in and out of the cars along the 37th side of the street (right outside the side doorway to 3658 Emerson.). This went on for about 15 minutes. I was just going to call 911 when they all left. Don’t know how long they were there before I saw them. (I also can’t see the whole avenue there due to the fence along the south side of my property.). This morning, Monday, April 23, 5am, once again woke to noise at the corner. About six or seven males standing around on 37th in front of 3658 Emerson (from where I live I couldn’t identify anyone). All of them had dark hoodies on with the exception of one who had on a white t-shirt. | |
