called 311 regarding a blue/green, small chev, 2 door car parked in driveway of empty house..plate # FTP090...thought possible drop'd off stolen. 311 confirmed it is not. Was seen once before in am also, but was gone by time I pulled out to go past the drive way. Never saw anyone in the vehicle either time as I was walking out to my truck. New couple across alley does not match name on record for plate: Diana Kaye Prior, of Bellingham, MN. | |
