Officers in area of Dowling & Dupont N observed mixed race male/V1, 25 yrs, bleeding from chest area as the result of a stabbing. V1 transported to NMMC where he was later pronounced dead. No suspects.

V1/BM, 26 yrs, fled from a blue Impala containing unknown suspect(s), shooting at him in his vehicle. Bullet hole observed in rear passenger side of V1’s vehicle. V1 cited for DAS.

V1/BM, 18 yrs, stabbed in back by unknown suspect on 34th & James. Victim fled. Officers interviewed victim at NMMC. No suspect info.

23rd Ave N Friday 2/12/10 0350 hrs 10-039731
V1/BF, 32 yrs, walking on sidewalk was approached by vehicle. Someone asked V1 to come to the veh. & unknown S1/BF, light-skinned, no further info, stabbed V1 in her abdomen. V1 appeared to be very DK & described S1 as “yellow” light-skinned. No vehicle description. V1’s wound non-life threatening.

V1/BM, 31 yrs, was to pick up children from ex-wife/OT1, when S1, BM, approx 50 yrs, 5’8”, light complexion, beard, pulled a knife w/6” blade, blk rubber handle, & threatened V1. S1 is boyfriend of V1’s ex-wife/OT1. V1 not injured. Suspect fled in veh. w/OT1. There were no children in the veh.

V1/BF, 21 yrs, assaulted by AP1/Octavia Mone Marshall, BF, 19 yrs, 4/27/90 over a male they were both dating/W3. AP1 used a razor blade/box cutter type weapon. V1 sustained minor cuts & bruises on her face & hands.

19XX Upton Ave N #C Saturday 2/13/10 1900 hrs 10-041684
V1/BM, 52 yrs, visited friend at this location, where there were 2 other BM’s he did not know. V1 left to buy beer & alcohol & all parties continued to drink. AP1/Curtis Dale Barlow, BM, 57 yrs, 4/17/52, wanted V1 to buy crack. When victim refused, AP1 stabbed V1 numerous times w/knife. Victim tried to leave, but AP1 & unknown S1/BM (no further descrip), blocked the door. V1 eventually fled, phoned police, & was taken to North Memorial.

V1/WF, 19 yrs, was at the above address, very intoxicated w/several college-age people. AP1/Eric Tyler Mortensen, WM, 21 yrs, 1/10/89, crashed the party & was told to leave. AP1 threw a liquor bottle, hitting the victim & causing a severe laceration on the side of her head. AP1 left the scene & was walking in the area of 26th Ave & Sheridan Ave N, when officers noticed his bloody left thumb & arrested him. AP booked in HCJ. V1 taken to North Mem by ambulance.

43RD & Bryant Ave N Monday 2/15/10 0530 hrs 10-042454
V1, BM, 26 yrs, was at house party near above. An argument broke out between partygoers, so V1 stepped between. V1 was struck in the head by unknown S1/BM (no further info) with possibly a bottle. V1 transported to hospital w/cut above his eye.

Lyndale & 45th Ave N. Wednesday 2/10/10 0937 hrs 10-036761
V1/WM, 59 yrs, parked in lot, just left McDonalds, got into cab, & was approached by S1/BM, 20-25 yrs, 5’8, dark complexion, clean shaven, short blk afro, dark jacket, w/handgun, and S2/BM, 20-25 yrs, 5’8, medium build, dark complexion, short blk afro, dark jacket. S1 approached passenger door, while S2 went to driver’s door. S1 entered passenger side, displayed a handgun, & demanded V1’s wallet. V1 handed wallet to S1 while S2 searched V1’s jacket. S1 also searched through a briefcase. Both suspects fled on foot. V1 was unharmed.

18th Ave N & Irving Ave N. Saturday 2/13/10 1815 hrs 10-041299
V1/BM, 14 yrs & W1/BM, 10 yrs, were approached by S1/BM, 16-17 yrs, 5’6, light build, dark complexion, wearing brown checkered jacket, and S2/BM, 16-17 yrs, 5’6”, light build, all black jacket. S1 had an all black gun, & pointed it at V1. S2 acted like he had a gun, but none seen. Both Suspects went through V1’s pockets, taking an i-Pod, V1’s sweater & jacket. Suspects then fled with the items. V1 & W1 not injured.

19XX W Broadway Saturday 2/13/10 0144 hrs 10-040706
V1/WF, 21 yrs, & V2/WM, 20 yrs, walking on south side of street, area of W. Broadway & Newton, when approached by S1/BM, 23-27 yrs, 5’9-6’, dark complexion, light build, short brown afro, who implied he had a gun & demanded all their money. No gun seen, but V1 gave S1 her purse. S1 ran in front of 1915 W Broadway & dumped out V1’s purse. Victims were afraid for their safety & did not pursue S1. Purse recovered, but missing i-Pods.

30TH Ave N & 4th St N Sunday 2/14/10 0044 hrs 10-041639
V1/WF, 21 yrs, V2/WF 22 yrs, & V3/BM, 22 yrs, were sitting in their car. S1/BM, 5’8-5’9, light build, dark complexion, short black afro, w/handgun, & S2/BM, 5’5-5’6, light build, light brown complexion, black medium length hair, w/handgun approached the driver’s side & ordered victims out of car. Suspects took the purses from V1 & V2, then ordered V3 to hand over his wallet & cell phone. Suspects then fled. All 3 victims described the guns as silver revolvers.

V1/BF, 51 yrs, exiting her vehicle at this location when S1/unknown M (no further info) put a cold object (believed to be gun) on back of V1’s head, telling her to drop the keys & not look back. V1 did not see S1, only stated he sounded young. S1 took off in V1’s vehicle. V1 phoned police from her parent’s house at this address.

Officers from 3rd Pct CRT & SWAT teams executed a search Wt. at above address. No arrests made. Numerous guns recovered. S1/BM, 25 yrs, 6’1, medium build, dark complexion, moustache, dreadlocks, not on scene, will be charged by complaint for carrying a weapon w/out a permit.

Officers served a search Wt. at above address. Officers found AP1/Gregory Anton Baker, BM, 27 yrs, 3/5/82, outside open back door near 9mm Glock handgun & 2 clear baggies suspected marijuana. AP1 booked HCJ. Several other people were arrested for Disorderly House & Small Amt. Marijuana.

Officers dispatched to suspicious party, located AP1/Omar Demarco Hodges, BM, 18 yrs, 9/22/91, & found a pellet gun on him. Caller stated AP1 robbed him on Wed. 2/10/10 (see CCN # 10-036761), along w/2 other BM suspects. AP1 booked in HCJ for PC Weapons.
